The son-x GmbH offers tooling systems for ultrasonic assisted ultra precision machining. By means of this technology we enable direct machining of hardened steel and other materials with single crystal diamond tools in an optical quality. The UTS one (Ultrasonic Tooling System) can be integrated into any commercial ultra precision machine and is offered as a "plug & play" solution for ultra precision manufacturing.
