Ultra precision manufacturing is our passion. We produce tailored optical components and sub systems. We are specialized on high quality mirrors for space, optical mould inserts for injection moulding and the manufacturing of small and large volume of plastic and infrared optics.
Systems
son-x is a leading edge supplier of ultrasonic tooling systems such as the UTS2. We developed a technology that allows direct ultra precision machining of steel in a unique quality of Ra 1-5 nm surface roughness and 100 nm PV dimensional accuracy. Furthermore, we offer a variety of ultrasonic systems designed to meet specific demands.
